Being underweight means that you are malnourished and need to have more vitamins and goodness in your diet. You don't need to bulk up on fast food; you need a healthy balanced diet with lots of protein and carbohydrates. If you are overweight then you need to balance your diet too, no crash diets or starving yourself though! You still need a daily intake of every food group, just in moderation!

Poor skin conditions are also down to an unhealthy diet and also the intake of cigarettes, alcohol and recreational drugs. You should be drinking more water, cutting out the bad diet and stopping with the addictive and unhealthy habits!



Perhaps you are feeling unfit? Do you find that you are getting out of breath when you walk upstairs, or attempt to play football with your friends? If this is the case then you need to incorporate more exercise into your lifestyle, even it is as simple as swapping the drive to the shops for a walk to the shops.
